We are actively seeking a full-time/near-full-time Clinical Associate to support the research and review of clinical evidence to identify relevant oncological content for codification in our platform and ensure that existing content is accurately maintained. They will also contribute towards the development of communication materials and tools to support our clients in better understanding our clinical content. Our ideal candidate will have a strong commitment towards clinical excellence, and a keen attention to detail. They will also have demonstrable experience in maintaining clinical content for an oncology practice and of building content into software platforms that support oncology care delivery.

Responsibilities
Responsibilities
Reporting directly to the Chief Scientific Officer, the Clinical Associate will have the following job responsibilities:
Research, codify, and review precision oncology and Molecular Diagnostic Laboratory (MDL) recommendations utilizing proprietary artificial intelligence (AI)
Create and review oncology treatment plans across 36 supported cancer types
Provide clinically related platform and end-user support for three oncology centers servicing over 20,000 patients and growing
Present platform status, metrics, and updates at quarterly Clinical Advisory Council (CAC) meetings
Work with multiple other academic and medical disciplines to develop, support, and execute critical items related to the sustainability, development, and growth of the VieCure platform
Limited travel will be required (onset meetings with clients to facilitate uptake of VieCure’s clinical content, collaboration with VieCure’s internal teams).
QUALIFICATIONS,
• Pharmacy Technician or Nursing certification.
Skills, Competencies & Experience
• Demonstrated track record in supporting the identification and maintenance of clinical content for an oncology practice (preferably a network).
• Demonstrated experience building content into software platforms that support oncology care delivery (e.g., EHRs).
• Capable in Microsoft software applications: MSWord, MSExcel, MSPowerPoint
• Excellent analytical skills coupled with logical thinking and disciplined task execution skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills coupled with high social intelligence.
• Disciplined attention to detail.
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to convey complex concepts to multiple audiences, adapting the style and approach accordingly.
