We are actively seeking full time, highly motivated client service and implementation staff as we expand our presence in Florida. We are especially interested in speaking to any experienced Engineering Scrum Leads, Software Engineers and QA Specialists. All positions will require on-site work at client locations across the USA.

Job Description

Our ideal candidates will have strong technical knowledge and a high degree of proficiency in their area of expertise and will feel comfortable working as part of a multi-disciplinary team to deploy VieCure’s platform to clients and their patients across the United States and internationally. We need critical thinkers who are driven by a desire to continuously improve and collaborate with others to deliver a first-class client solution. You will be comfortable working in an agile environment and have great interpersonal skills, with the ability to present projects and findings.

Engineering Scrum Master /
SW Engineering Team Lead

Key Responsibilities

  • Guide, coach, and mentor a team of SW engineers ensuring focused, on-time, and high-quality sprints and code releases.

  • Ensure that each person is working on the right tasks, removing any obstacles to the team members’ progress, and protecting the team from distractions.

  • Lead and administering all agile meetings and sprint management documents.

  • Manage the daily standup meetings

  • Facilitate team agreement on what can be achieved during each development sprint

  • Contribute to development and continuous improvement across the development team to drive effective software development processes

  • Establish and maintain an environment that promotes and encourages a strong team dynamic

  • Review, comment and approve code reviews, undertaking engineering staff code check-ins

  • Facilitate daily scrum stand-up meetings

  • Directly support customers and support staff in handling customer escalations

Experience

  • 5-10 years of experience leading scrum teams

  • Experience of managing delivery against measurable business outcomes

  • Experience leading and coaching Lean-Agile teams and other agile project managers

  • A good understanding of Lean-Agile principles and multiple methodologies

  • Hands-on experience in software design and coding

  • Solid understanding of software platform architecture

  • A bachelor's or post-graduate degree in a software-related field

  • Experience working with C#, Visual Studio/ASP.net, Angular, Web APIs, MS SQL Server, MS Azure

  • Experience working with healthcare IT projects

Software Engineer

Key Responsibilities

  • Participating in the development process starting with definition, and continuing through design, build, test, release, and maintenance

  • Understanding end-user requirements, then translating those into pragmatic and effective technical solutions

  • Participating in joint design and brainstorming sessions to contribute innovative and original ideas to our technology, algorithms, and associated products

  • Designing and developing both simple workflow and complex logic applications that effectively interact to provide a streamlined and friendly user experience

  • Ensuring quality throughout the process through unit tests, automation, and code reviews

Experience

  • 5 years of experience

  • Successfully delivering on-time solutions to challenging problems

  • Hands-on experience in software design and coding

  • Solid understanding of software platform architecture

  • A bachelor's or post-graduate degree in a software-related field

  • Experience working with C#, Visual Studio/ASP.net, Angular, Web APIs, MS SQL Server, MS Azure

  • Experience working with healthcare IT projects is highly desirable

QA Specialist

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate, and support the design of, an automated testing bench to validate and verify a comprehensive AI knowledge base, inference engine, and clinical decision support system

  • Apply automation skills to design, develop and execute test automation workflows

  • Identify, design, and document test cases

  • Perform and document risk analysis

  • Record test progress and results

  • Create test plans

  • Develop standards and procedures to determine product quality and release readiness

  • Discover, document, and track resolution of bugs within the software

Experience

  • 5 years of experience

  • Experience in a software development project lifecycle, Software Quality Assurance methodologies, and automation tools and practice

  • A solid understanding of Agile Software Development

  • Software Quality Assurance methodologies

  • Automation tools & practices
