Range of Experience

Ms. Sanders has over 25 years of experience implementing oncology EMR solutions for a broad range of clients.  Most recently Marnie directed all project delivery operations in North America for Elekta Medical Systems delivering $170M+ in revenue in fiscal 2020.  In addition to her 25 years of oncology experience Marnie bring 10+ years of senior management leadership experience in EMR and related implementations.  She is a skilled leader, communicator and negotiator who brings an intense passion to delivering outstanding business, clinical and revenue results.

She is extremely well versed in change management, process improvement, patient safety, project management and clinical oncology excellence having led numerous clients through successful transformations.

Marnie is responsible for all client services and delivery operations for VieCure.
 

Prior to joining Elekta in 2008, Marnie held various roles from 2001 with Varian Medical Systems where she planned, directed and delivered oncology solutions to physician practices and comprehensive cancer centers as a Senior Project Manager.

Prior to Varian Medical Systems acquiring the assets of OpTx Corporation, Ms. Sanders was responsible for on time and on budget delivery of OpTx’s Medical Oncology solutions to physician practices and large comprehensive cancer centers in Canada and the USA.

Marnie holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree with a major in Psychology from the University of Manitoba having graduated in 1997.

  • Consistent delivery of annual revenue targets

  • Building high quality and effective delivery teams through focused recruiting, coaching, mentoring, education, quality control and performance management

  • Driving industry leading results in Oncology EMR implementations,  Net Promoter Scores, Operational Efficiency and Employee Engagement

  • Collaborated with a global Project Management Office to ensure regional adoption of best practices and processes for implementation, change management and project management

  • Managed all facets of the order fulfilment operations managing quality and forecasting accuracy and reporting in a global public company

  • Directed the development of a North American wide education and solutions delivery team to ensure customer needs were met and customers attained their goals and objectives

  • Provided education and support services to Global Product management and marketing in the validation including timely and successful release to market

  • Built a services organization that provided technical, product and implementation support to sales efforts
