We are looking for an outstanding Training & Enablement Manager to oversee a team of application specialists who are responsible for training, support, and customer enablement. The role is accountable for ensuring that our customers are equipped to maximize the use of VieCure’ s clinical applications, while also fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development within the team.


Denver, CO Salary: $120-150K

Responsibilities


Key Responsibilities 

  • Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of application specialists and instructional designer, providing guidance, support, and performance evaluations to foster a high-performing team.

  • Training and Development: Oversee the development and delivery of training programs for clinical and administrative staff. Ensure that training materials are up-to-date and aligned with best practices in healthcare.

  • Customer Enablement: Ensure accessibility as the training management contact, ensuring their needs are met and addressing any concerns related to the use of clinical applications.

  • Workflow Optimization: Collaborate with the team to analyze clinical workflows, identify areas for improvement, and ensure that software solutions are effectively integrated into daily operations.

  • Performance Monitoring: Establish metrics to assess team performance and training effectiveness. Regularly review outcomes and implement strategies for continuous improvement. Oversee the monitoring and evaluation of the effectiveness of client training programs through surveys, assessments, and feedback. 

  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, sales, and customer support, to ensure alignment and effective communication regarding client needs and software enhancements.

  • Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on team performance, client satisfaction, and training outcomes to senior management.


Education / Qualification 

  • Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, Information Technology, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.

  • Clinical background advantageous but not required, i.e., nurse, lab tech, radiation therapist, medical assistant, etc.

Experience 

  • Skilled leader with proven team building skills, focused on employee development and engagement.

  • Proven experience in a management role within a clinical or healthcare software environment.

  • Demonstrated experience working within a process metrics and continuous improvement processes environment / culture; setting, monitoring, and meeting monthly, quarterly and annual performance goals.

  • Proficiency in project management concepts and methodology. 

  • Up to date instructor level knowledge of training methodologies. 

  • Oncology Language / Terminology understanding including knowledge of clinical workflows in Radiation or Medical Oncology advantageous.

  • Experience with cloud-based software implementation, which may include end user training, and supporting implemented software systems.

  • Experience working with providers and other clinical and operational personnel within Oncology is a plus.

  • Significant experience of EMR implementations and/or management in a lead role in a system implementation / Software as a service (SaaS) environment.

  • Advanced know-how as it relates to software applications, workflow optimization processes and best practice clinic system configurations.

  • Demonstratable experience using analytics and performance metrics to drive results. 

Technical Competencies

  • Certification in application or software training (e.g., Microsoft Certified Trainer, CompTIA) is a plus.

  • Previous experience with EMR platforms or technology implementations in a clinical setting: (MOSAIQ, Aria, OncoEMR Centricity/ULS, LabCorp, Nucleus, as an example of EMR platforms).
