Job Description

The Clinic Support Specialist is responsible for assisting customers with technical issues or questions relating to the VieCure platform. Their duties include taking support calls from customers or communicating with them through messaging platforms, helping customers, or communicating with them through messaging platforms, helping customers diagnose technical issues, resolving support cases, and driving high levels of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Take support calls

  • Respond to all requests with a customer-focused approach

  • Critically think and help customers to resolve issues within the platform

  • Educate customers to better understand an issue and how to self serve, where applicable

  • Provide the detailed notes on customer interactions within our Zendesk platform

  • Follow through to assure problems are resolved

  • Coordinate problem resolutions with various internal contacts and teams

  • Continually develop in-depth products knowledge to resolve user questions and issues

  • Create knowledge articles

  • Logical thinking and disciplined task execution skills

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills coupled with high social intelligence

  • Disciplined attention to detail

  • The ability to work independently and as a part of a team

  • Clear and accurate written and verbal communication skills coupled with high social intelligence, tact, and a demonstratable understanding of excellent customer service

  • Excellent analytical skills coupled with logical thinking and disciplined task execution skills

  • Disciplined attention to detail

  • Prior experience with the Zendesk platform is preferred

  • An understanding of a clinical workflow environment (strong preference for experience in an oncology setting)

  • Experience working with EMR/EHR software
