Job Description
End-to-end active management of a portfolio of projects to produce defined deliverables on time and within budget. Includes all project management and client engagement functions from detailed planning through execution and ongoing client support. Has responsibility for all aspects of assigned projects with delegated authority for assigned project resources. Rigorously manages deliverables and financials associated with VieCure projects (client-facing and internal).
The Senior Project Manager is an active participant in projects, identifying and mitigating risk, escalating issues as needed, and creatively problem solving through leadership of multi-disciplinary working teams. The Senior Project Manager owns and maintains fidelity to client Statements of Work and associated Master Services Agreements, managing scope, client expectations, and the resources required to achieve project goals.

Responsibilities
Project Management
Understands the VieCure platform and associated architecture at a level that enables high level project planning and interaction with the client.
Develops detailed program / project charters to define scope, roles and responsibilities. This includes the detailed planning of all project tasks, deliverables, milestones, scope, resources and costs.
Creator and owner of all critical project documentation and artifacts.
Communication and negotiation with all project stakeholders, obtain approvals as defined by project charter.
Empowered to lead (decision making responsibility specific to projects and risk mitigation, with escalation only when warranted or when a decision has enterprise-wide implications.
Provide regular communication and reporting transparency into project progress to various stakeholders and the wider organization in relation to; costs, issues, quality, and financials.
Ensure all perceived project risks are communicated to senior leaders and stakeholders in a timely manner.
Resource and Budget
Manages required project resources through the VieCure Resource Management process, forecasting future requirements and analyzing variances to actual hours to contain cost and meet contractual milestones.
Keen awareness of project budgets and resource time/capacity as it relates to projects.
Mobilization of multidisciplinary teams (resources) to delivery projects on time and on or ahead of schedule within agreed cost / revenue parameters.
Client Management
Owns the client relationship and overall client success as defined Statements of Work and Master Services Agreements, looking beyond the deliverables to create a Net Promoter mentality in the client.
Understands client goals and strategy in the context of their engagement with VieCure, and supports the client in achieving those goals.
Operational Improvement
Builds assets for the VieCure Project Management Office by operationalizing methodology, content, tool sets, policies, and processes into reusable artifacts.
Continuous improvement of project management processes and techniques that produce incremental and/or step changes in project performance.

Salary $110,000-125,000

Bachelor’s degrees or equivalent experience in Healthcare IT Project Management required
Project Management Professional (PMP) preferred
Knowledge of Agile and Scrum practices preferred
4+ years of related healthcare experience
4+ years in a Software as a service (SaaS) environment
4+ years of Information Technology (IT) solution design in healthcare or related field
4+ years of EMR implementations and/or management in a lead role (desired, but not require
Familiarity and appropriate competent use of project management applications (MS Project, SmartSheet, etc.)
A balanced technical skill set with required soft skills to translate complex scenarios in simplistic terms when needed, depending on the audience
Tech savvy and innovative solution design
An understanding of Product Management and Development
An understanding of Data Conversion and Interface Building Proficiency in MS Office 365
Advanced oral and written communication skills, uncompromised by perceived hierarchical chain of command
Ability to effectively influence without authority - engaging, motivating, and managing others across the enterprise outside of the direct reporting line
Ability to influence and drive outcomes (outcome driven)
