We are now seeking a full time, motivated Project Coordinator to join our experienced team. You will aid in the success of project results/deliverables by actively supporting all project components using a disciplined and organized project management methodology. You will be responsible for communicating with stakeholders, including team members and clients

Denver, CO (Hybrid) 


Support the build out and operationalize methodology, content, tool sets, policies, and processes under the guide and authority of the Program Management Office

  • Collaborate with PMO leader and Project Managers on risk management and support of a project by identifying project risks, develop risk mitigation and contingency plans, and implement actions plans to reduce any project risks

  • Maintain project RAID (Risks, Actions, Issues, Dependencies) logs and proactively follow up with clients and internal stakeholders on outstanding items

  • Work with clients, and internal stakeholders (e.g. client services, engineering, and product management) to refine and finalize specifications that ensures projects stay on track by coordinating tasks, managing schedules and removing barriers

  • Prepare meeting agendas and document meeting minutes

  • Support PMO leader and Project Managers with facilitating evaluations of new client activation teams by providing onsite support at face-to-face meetings with the client and new clinic activations

  • Coordinate, schedule travel and meeting logistics for project team members

  • Analyze past projects and identify solutions to recurrent issues

  • Other duties as assigned or directed
