Job Description

As an Oncology Implementation Specialist for VieCure, you will lead the onboarding process for clients implementing the VieCure platform. You will be responsible for managing and coordinating VieCure and client activities, tracking progress, as well as identifying and mitigating risks to ensure a successful onboarding experience.



  • Oversees key activities such as assessing and optimizing workflows, planning rollouts, creating training plans, developing a project plan/ change management roadmap, and providing Go-live and Post Go-live Support

  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to implement changes to workflow in support of the adoption of the VieCure platform

  • Work closely with project leaders on all aspects of the project to meet project deadlines

  • Promote excellent customer service and strong communication skills to ensure the success of the software application

  • Manages the coordination of internal and external teams to complete data migration, content development, interfaces, and client enrollment

  • Delivers end-user training as needed

  • Manage the go-live process and provide support until the client is successfully transitioned to the support team

  • Ensure that customers are satisfied with the implementation process

  • Must be able to travel to client sites as required. Weekend travel may be necessary

  • Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned

  • Up to 75% travel

Skills, Competencies & Experience

  • Strong attention to detail and a quality mindset

  • A quick learner who can comprehend new material efficiently and present it in an engaging way

  • The ability to juggle a multitude of competing priorities and to keep current on the progress and pain points of multiple projects simultaneously, while continuing to advance each toward successful completion

  • Highly organized and collaborative, with a proven ability to effectively navigate, coordinate, and work cross-functionally with a multitude of internal and external stakeholders

  • A strong communicator (written, oral, presentation) who excels at fostering strong relationships and can effectively communicate highly technical issues to a variety of internal and external audiences, at varying levels of complexity and detail

  • A solid understanding of Agile Software Development

  • Advanced understanding of Software Quality Assurance methodologies

  • Strong experience with automation tools and practices

  • A current understanding of new and competing technologies and methods and the application and relevance of these to the department
