Job Description

The Clinical Oncology Quality Assurance Specialist is responsible for testing a comprehensive AI knowledge base, inference engine, and clinical decision support system by ensuring clinical content, workflows, and user experiences are well designed, practical, and function as required for clinicians

Denver, CO preferred 


Essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:

  • Ensure clinical content, workflows, and user experiences are well designed, practical, and function as required for clinicians

  • Identify, design, and execute test cases

  • Perform and document risk analysis

  • Record test progress and results

  • Create test cases, test procedures, data sets

  • Support the transfer of clinical knowledge and skills to non-clinical teammates

  • Support and contribute to the development of standards and procedures to determine product quality and release readiness

  • Discover, document, and track the resolution of bugs within the software

  • Drive innovation and streamline overall testing processes

  • Identify potential problems that users might encounter with workflows

  • Perform manual testing and consult on the design of Automated tests from a clinical perspective

  • Research and analyze product feature for usefulness from a clinical oncology perspective

  • Assist in the research and assessment of new tools, technologies, and testing processes

  • Review user interfaces for consistency and functionality

Skills, Competencies & Experience

  • Excellent analytical skills coupled with natural curiosity and desire to problem-solve and improve client operations

  • Clear and accurate written and verbal communication is a must

  • Collaborative team player

  • Excellent time management skills

  • Strong attention to detail and a quality mindset
